Commercial Swimsuit Water Extractor which is not a washing machine. It would mainly be installed in swimming pools, aquatic centres, gyms and changing rooms near the beach.
At this stage, the preliminary requirements are:
Wall-mounted or very compact commercial design; spin/extraction only, no washing or heating; approximately one adult swimsuit per cycle; approximately 10–20 seconds per cycle; stainless-steel perforated inner basket, preferably SUS304; very low vibration and noise; automatic braking and lid/door safety interlock; direct drainage; 220–240 V / 50 Hz; moisture-resistant construction suitable for swimming-pool changing rooms; easy access for servicing and replacement of motor, bearings, brake and electronic components; and OEM branding/custom exterior design.
Preparation before This Project Formally Start:
A. Technical Feasibility Analysis – recommended basket diameter, motor type, RPM, approximate extraction performance and proposed anti-vibration system;
B. Development cost Evaluation – estimated engineering/NRE cost, tooling cost if required, prototype cost and prototype lead time;
C. Production pricing – indicative FOB Ningbo price for 10, 25, 50, 100 and 500 units, together with MOQ;
D. Compliance Certification– Arrange independent laboratory testing for the applicable IEC / AS/NZS 60335.1 and spin-extractor requirements such as IEC / AS/NZS 60335.2.4, including a complete CB/test report;
E. Existing documentation – Prepare the copies of the CB/CE test reports or certificates for one of existing spin-dryer products, together with the laboratory name;
F. Commercial Support – standard warranty, spare-parts availability and whether motors, bearings, brake components and control boards can be supplied separately.
